Visible and lived diversity: An important consideration in the large-scale conference was the recognition of the diversity (whether age, education, nationality or class) of the neighbourhoods and the people that live in them.
- How can we include the broadest possible spectrum of all segments of the populace?
- To whom should the concerns out of the neighbourhoods be directed to? Who should receive them and how?
- How can the concerns and positions of the entire community be supported? Who should be responsible for this support network?
